Setup Set Fields Action in Automation Manager

This feature requires a Cartegraph OMS license.

You must have administrator rights to access this feature.

  1. Click >Automation Manager.
  2. Click Create Automation.
  3. Select an appropriate trigger. For example, Manually create or edit records in bulk.
  4. Drag the Set Fields block to the Actions section.
  5. Edit the Title to make it more descriptive.
  6. Select the Record Source.
  7. Rename the automation.
  8. Turn on the automation.
  9. Click Save to save the automation.
The automaton is added to the list of automations and runs the next time the conditions are met.
