The following message displays in the Error Log when there is a problem using the Feature Service:
"Cannot connect to ArcGIS when saving Sign ID=12345. GIS syncs for Signs are on hold for 15 minutes. In the meantime, GIS will not be updated until the next scheduled nightly sync."
In this example, the italicized items are the record ID and recordset. This varies by recordset/feature service.
Updates do not sync between OMS and ArcGIS because ArcGIS is down.
If the ArcGIS service is back up, run the GIS sync job manually by clicking >Scheduled Processes and click Run Now next to Synchronize GIS or updates are made during the nightly sync.
