When the Cartegraph user account associated to an ArcGIS Indentity is inactive, the following message displays:
"Cartegraph account associated to ArcGIS Identity <ArcGIS Identity> is inactive."
The Cartegraph Administrator must edit the user's account to be active.
- Click >User Administration.
- Highlight the User Name of the person trying to sign in
- Click View.
- Click Edit.
- Select Account is Active.
- Click Save.
- Notify the user their account is active and they are ready to sign in.
