When an ArcGIS identity is associated to more than one Cartegraph user account, the following message displays:
"<Esri User name> is associated to multiple Cartegraph accounts."
The Cartegraph Administrator must edit the user's account to have a unique Esri account.
- Click >User Administration.
- Highlight the User Name of the person trying to sign in.
- Click View.
- Click Edit.
- Enter the user's new unique Esri User Name.
- Click Save.
- Notify the user what Esri account they should use to sign in.
