This utility belongs to the Cartegraph Administrator Application (CAA) and is not available with Cartegraph OMS deployments beginning with the Fall 2016 release.

- Run ClearIt.exe.
- Create a new data link.
- Use the original CD to repair the software from the workstation.
- Use Windows Control Panel to uninstall the software from the workstation. Reinstall the software using the original installation CD.
