Cannot Find Record

This error message displays when a record is visible in Cartegraph but is not available because another user removed it. For example, primary attachment records.

”<Record ID> cannot be found. Ask your System Administrator for help.”

Solutions

  • Click Screen Shot 2018-04-16 at 10.38.49 AM.png in the Breadcrumb bar to verify the record exists in the system.
  • Upload the missing attachment file again.
