There was a problem searching

When searching or clicking in the Campus Help section of the Resource Center this message might display:

"There was a problem searching. Ask your System Administrator for help with a possible connection issue."

There are three possible causes:

  1. No internet connection. An active internet connection is required to search Campus from Cartegraph OMS.
  2. Cartegraph servers need to be whitelisted. Please contact our Technical Support team for help with DNS resolutions.
  3. If your organization uses IE 11, the security connection could be the cause. Trusted settings could be causing the error.
