When searching or clicking in the Campus Help section of the Resource Center this message might display:
"There was a problem searching. Ask your System Administrator for help with a possible connection issue."
There are three possible causes:
- No internet connection. An active internet connection is required to search Campus from Cartegraph OMS.
- Cartegraph servers need to be whitelisted. Please contact our Technical Support team for help with DNS resolutions.
- If your organization use IE 11, the security connection could be the cause.
