Closed Request Notification Example

You must have administrator rights to access this feature.

This example will demonstrate how to send a notification to the Facility Inspector when all tasks associated with a request are marked as completed or canceled for Graffiti issues. Facility Inspector is a custom role created for this example.

  1. Click Screen Shot 2018-04-12 at 3.27.44 PM.png>Notification Manager.
  2. Expand Task Completed for Request.
  3. Make sure the Notifications On check box is selected.
  4. Select a role or user. For this example, select Facility Inspector.
  5. Click Add+.
  6. Click Filter.
  7. Set Filter to Issue Is Graffiti.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. Make sure the Email check box is selected.
  10. Click Save.
