- Select >Record Filter Administration.
- Select the desired role.
- Click Add Filter.
- Select the desired filter from the list.
- Select Edit Filter.
- Select a filter for the library from the list.
- Click Apply.
The selected user will now only be able to see information from the filtered library. These filters apply to both the browser and tablet versions.
