Add a Scenario Project

You must have administrator rights to access this feature.

A project is a group of locked activities in the same plan year meant to be performed at the same time.

From the Details Tab

  1. Click iAdministration_sm.png>Scenario Builder.
  2. Scroll to the scenario to be changed and open it by clicking the corresponding iView.png.
  3. Click the Details tab.
  4. Scroll to the Projects section.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Enter a name for your project.
  7. Click Save or Finish.

The project name should now display in the Projects list.

When you return to the Scenario Map, the project name displays in the Projects list on the Projects tab.

From the Map Tab

  1. Click iAdministration_sm.png>Scenario Builder.
  2. Scroll to the desired scenario to be changed and open it by clicking the corresponding iView.png.
  3. Click the Maps tab.
  4. Click the Project tab.
  5. Click iPlus.png.
  6. Enter the project name.
  7. Click Add Project.

The project displays in the Project field and displays on the map.

When Add Project is clicked, Scenario Builder attempts to include any activities selected on the map in the new project. All the rules for adding activities to a project apply.
