The field Priority Ranking in the Activity List recordset holds the calculated value that represents the priority of an activity. This value is calculated when the Activity Sequence of a scenario is set to Asset Criticality and Lowest Estimated OCI or Asset Criticality and Highest Estimated OCI. For the asset associated to the activity, it represents the quantified value of the assets' OCI, at the beginning of the plan year, weighted against the asset's criticality factor. This value is recalculated for all activities in the scenario at the beginning of each plan year. It is then used to determine which activities to be suggested first. The value is strictly based on asset data (criticality and OCI) therefore all activities for the same asset have the same Priority Ranking. However, the value is likely to differ from plan year to plan year as the asset's OCI changes.
