Check Error Log

You must have administrator rights to access this feature.

When application messages tell you to contact your System Administrator, the System Administrator or Cartegraph support person needs to check the error log.

  1. Click iAdministration.png>Error Log.
  2. Click View Error Log.
  3. The log opens in another browser window or tab.
  4. Review the user, error message, and stack trace in the appropriate log entry to solve the error.
