Cartegraph Account Associated to ArcGIS Identity Is Inactive

You must have administrator rights to access this feature.

When the Cartegraph user account associated to an ArcGIS Identity is inactive, the following message displays:

"Cartegraph account associated to ArcGIS Identity <ArcGIS Identity> is inactive."

Quick Fix

The Cartegraph Administrator must edit the user's account to be active.

  1. Click iAdministration.png >User Administration.
  2. Highlight the User Name of the person trying to sign in.
  3. Click View.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Select Account is Active.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Notify the user their account is active and they are ready to sign in.
