Esri Account Is Associated to Multiple Accounts

When an ArcGIS identity is associated to more than one Cartegraph user account, the following message displays:

"<Esri User name> is associated to multiple Cartegraph accounts."

Quick Fix

The Cartegraph Administrator must edit the user's account to have a unique Esri account.

  1. Click iAdministration.png>User Administration.
  2. Highlight the User Name of the person trying to sign in.
  3. Click View.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Enter the user's new unique Esri User Name.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Notify the user what Esri account they should use to sign in.
