Access Denied to Cartegraph

The following error message may display when the user displays the Cartegraph or Internal Requests sign in page:

"Access denied. Ask your System Administrator for help."


  • A customer tries to access Cartegraph and is not authorized for use of the software.
  • A customer tries to access Internal Requests and is not authorized to use Advanced Requests extension.

Quick Fix

Contact Cartegraph to discuss what needs to be done to activate the software. For example, Internal Requests requires the customer purchase the advanced feature extension.
