Cannot Access Map
You must have administrator rights to access this feature.
When trying to access a map in Cartegraph One, you might see the following error message:
"The map is not available. Try again later or ask your GIS Administrator for help."
This error message occurs for one of the reasons explained below.
A timeout has occurred trying to connect to the server.
Try again when you have a better connection.
The map has been deleted.
Try another map or restore the map you were trying to use.
The web map is invalid.
The web map does not load or persist. If you start the app with an invalid map, the Esri Streets map is the basemap.
Invalid credentials for the map.
Verify your sign-in information and try again. If the problem continues, ask your GIS administrator for access rights.
You might not have permission to view that specific map.
Your GIS administrator should be able to give you access to that map.
Your GIS administrator might have enabled Allow Origins on the GIS web portal.
Your GIS administrator should contact the Cartegraph service desk to configure an Esri proxy. Once the Esri proxy is set up, you will need to close Cartegraph One and reopen it to access the changes.
