There was an error selecting records. Adjust your layers to take fewer records offline and try again or ask your system administrator for help.


This message displays when you go offline and there is a server error in getting the count of records being taken offline. If the server takes too long to respond, the request might time out.

Quick Fix

The system administrator can check in the Error Log for any errors, which may include timeout errors. Cartegraph recommends taking fewer layers or a smaller map area offline and trying again.
