Cannot Set Primary Attached File

The following error message displays when there was a problem with the file a user tried to mark as the primary Attached File:

"File was not set as the Primary Attached File. Try again later or ask your System Administrator for help."


  • The network or server is not available. Try again with the network or server is available.
  • The selected file is empty. Attached Files cannot be empty.
  • The selected file was deleted. Click Screen Shot 2018-04-16 at 10.38.49 AM.png in the breadcrumb bar.
  • The file is locked or in use by someone else. Unlock or close the file and try again.
