The Database Is Formatted for a Different Version of Cartegraph.

In Cartegraph for iPad, the following error message may display:

"The database is formatted for a different version of Cartegraph. Ask your System Administrator for help."

This message is displayed if the browser version does not match the Cartegraph database version. This can occur while an upgrade of Cartegraph is in progress. Wait until the upgrade process is complete before logging into Cartegraph for iPad.
