Add Fields From Lookup Library

You must have administrator rights to access this feature.

This feature may not be available in every package. Not sure if you have this feature or you want to learn more about it? Send us a message at

  1. Click iAdministration_sm.png>Layout Manager.
  2. Select the Category, Type, View Type and View you want to change.
  3. From the Fields section, drag the lookup field onto the form.
  4. Click + next to the lookup field to view other fields in the lookup library.
  5. Drag the fields to the form.
  6. Click Save.

When the form is used, the additional lookup fields are read only.
