New Request Notification Example

This example shows how to apply a filter to new requests for those assigned to a Water User and Water Manager role. The Water Users will receive notification only on new requests assigned to the Water department.

The Water Manager will receive notifications only on new requests with an important or high priority.

  1. Click Screen Shot 2018-04-12 at 3.27.44 PM.png>Notification Manager.
  2. Expand Received New Request.
  3. Make sure the Notifications On check box is selected.
  4. Select the Water User role and click Add.
  5. In the List view, hover on Water User and click Filter.
  6. Create the following filter:
    Department is Water
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Select the Water Manager role and click Add.
  9. In the List view, hover on Water Manager and click Filter.
  10. Create the following filter:
    Priority is Important or Priority is High.
  11. Click Apply.
  12. Select the Email check box.
  13. Click Save.
