Forgot Your Internal Request Password

You must have administrator rights to access this feature.

  1. On the Internal Request Sign In screen, click Forgot your Password.
  2. Enter your User Name.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. An email is sent to the address associated with the User Account.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Cancel to return to the Internal Request Sign In screen.
  7. In the email, click on the link.
  8. Enter your new password in the New and Confirm fields.
  9. Click Reset Password.

The user is signed into Internal Requests.

If the email link opened a new browser window, the user may need to close the previous one.
