YG: Cartegraph requires an anonymous option, and requester’s contact information is not received. 

Emails can be sent to requests when the request is received and closed. X X

List of fields received from external requests is configurable.

The ability of citizens to vote or subscribe to an existing issue.

SCF: Public comments come into Cartegraph via the Requester log table. Public comments are both Citizen-submitted comments and public comments added in the SCF portal.

Respond to comments in Cartegraph. These comments can be viewed and responded to by citizens in SCF.

Citizens can find and filter requests via mobile device or web interfaces. 

 

SCF: Find and filter features include:

  • Search by Keyword or Issue ID
  • Filter by status.
  • Sort by closest, newest, and the number of votes

Citizens can update the status of their own requests.

 

 

Internal Requests 

Internal Requests display the number of Tasks per submitted Request  X

CG fields are mapped to the actual fields for querying and reporting.
