Create a Report for the Detail View

  1. View the Detail of a record you want to create a report for.
  2. Click Reports>Create.
NOTE: The Type defaults to the recordset you are viewing.
  1. Enter the Report Name.
NOTE: This must be unique for the report Type, in the Detail view.
  1. Select the report Layout.
  2. Click Create.
The Report Designer opens and the report is now saved in the Project Home.

NOTE: If you are using the Basic Designer, the report will only appear in the Project Home after it has been saved.

NOTE: Cartegraph recommends closing the Report Designer when not in use.
