Create a Report for the Detail View

This feature may not be available in every package. Not sure if you have this feature or you want to learn more about it? Send us a message at support@cartegraph.com. 

  1. View the Detail of a record you want to create a report for.
  2. Click Reports>Create.

The Type defaults to the recordset you are viewing.

  1. Enter the Report Name.

This must be unique for the report Type, in the Detail view.

  1. Select the report Layout.
  2. Click Create.

The Report Designer opens and the report is now saved in the Project Home.

If you are using the Basic Designer, the report only displays in the Project Home after it has been saved.

Cartegraph recommends closing the Report Designer when not in use.
