Create a Report for the List View

  1. View the layer of the record for which you want to create a report in List view. 

OPTIONAL: Add a layer.

NOTE: Active layers must all be of the same recordset in order to create a report.
  1. Click Reports>Create.
NOTE: The Type defaults to the recordset of the current layer.
  1. Enter the Report Name.
NOTE: This must be unique for the report Type, in the List view.
  1. Select the report Layout.
  2. Click Create.

The Report Designer opens and the report is saved in the Project Home.

NOTE: If you are using the Basic Designer, the report only displays in the Project Home after it has been saved.

NOTE: Cartegraph recommends closing the Report Designer when not in use.
