Reports Troubleshooting: Install the Report Designer on Chrome

After installing the Report Designer, if you use Google Chrome, a message displays asking you to allow the Report Designer to open. Click Yes to have the Reporting Designer function properly. If you click No, you can follow the steps below to display the message again to click Yes.

There are two options.

  1. Reset Chrome to the default settings.
    or
  2. Click Settings>Advanced. Under Privacy and Security, click Content Settings. Click Handlers and turn the option off and then on again to reset all of those prompts.
