Add Existing Requester to an Existing Request

This feature requires a Cartegraph OMS license.

This is the situation when a citizen has already called about a Request, and is calling again because it has not been addressed. And if an existing Requester calls in about an existing request, but this is the first time this specific Requester calls in about it. For example, John Smith called in at 9 am and the request is created. Chris Parsons calls in at 11:30 am about the same issue at the same location.

  1. Click the Requests tab.
  2. Click Create>Request.
  3. Enter the Requester’s name.
Verify the Requester Information is current.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select the Request in the list.
  6. Click Screen Shot 2018-04-12 at 3.10.41 PM.png.
  7. Click Next.
OPTIONAL: Edit the Priority and Description.
