Add a Task to Existing Request

This feature requires a Cartegraph OMS license.

List View

  1. Click the Work>Task tabs.
OPTIONAL: Add a Task Layer.
  1. Select one or more Tasks on the List view.
  2. Click Actions>Add to Existing Request.
  3. Select the Request ID.
  4. Click Add.

The selected tasks are associated with the selected Request.

Detail View

  1. Click the Work>Task tabs.
OPTIONAL: Add a Task Layer.
  1. Navigate to the desired Task and click View.
  2. Click Actions>Add to Existing Request.
  3. Select the Request ID.
  4. Click Add.

Cartegraph for iPad

The process of associating a task to an existing request in Cartegraph for iPad differs slightly from Cartegraph.

To add a new task to an existing request, select Add to Existing Request on the last view of the create task process, and select the request you want to associate to.

For an existing task, edit the Request field in the task details view, and select the request you want to associate to.

*This feature is not available in Offline mode.
