This feature requires a Cartegraph OMS license.
- Click the Requests tab.
- Click Create>Request.
- Enter the Requester name.
- Click Next.
OPTIONAL: If you have previously submitted requests, the Request History displays and click Next.
- Select the Issue.
OPTIONAL: Set the request’s location by entering the address and placing the pin on the map.
- Select the Priority.
OPTIONAL: Enter a description.
OPTIONAL: Enter the date and time the Requester observed the issue.
OPTIONAL: Enter notes about the call.
- Click Finish & Save.
The new Request displays in Detail view and saves to the Requester Log.
