Labor Crews are a Resource in Cartegraph where the time spent by a group of people is tracked to tasks. Labor costs are part of the overall costs of tasks and assets. This feature reduces the time needed to add labor data into Cartegraph. The following are key things to remember:
- A laborer can be assigned to more than one crew. For example, street maintenance and snow removal.
- A crew can be added using the Resource Entry screen either on the Time sheet or by using the Distribute Resources command.
- A crew can be assigned to a task or to preventative maintenance tasks.
