Create a Labor Crew
- Click Resources.
- Add a Labor Crew layer.
- Click Create.
- Enter the crew name.
- Enter the supervisor name and ID.
- Enter the department.
Add notes.
- Click Finish & Save.
The labor crew record displays in the Detail view and is ready for you to add members.
Add Laborers to a Crew
New Crew
To add crew members to a new crew, complete these steps:
- Scroll down to the Crew Members section.
- Click Edit.
- From the Select a Laborer field, select a crew member.
- Repeat the previous step for each additional crew member you want to add.
- Click Save.
The crew list includes the selected members.
Existing Crew
Employees come and go. Eventually, you will need to change your crew. To add new members to a crew that was created some time previously, complete these steps:
- From the Resources List view, select the crew you want to add to.
- Click
on that labor crew.
- Scroll down to the Crew Members section and make sure Crew Members is selected.
- Click Edit.
- From the Select a Laborer field, select a crew member.
- Repeat the previous step for each additional crew member you want to add.
- Click Save.
The crew list includes the previously selected members and the new ones.
