Add New Task to Existing Work Order

This feature requires a Cartegraph OMS license.

  1. Click the Work>Task tabs.
  2. Click Create Task.
  3. Enter the Task details.
NOTE: The Task dates must fall into the Work Order’s date range.
  1. Assign labor.
  2. Click Next.
OPTIONAL: Click Add Location.
OPTIONAL: Enter the Task’s address or drag the map pin to the location on the map.
  1. Click Next.
  2. Select Add to Existing Work Order.
  3. Select a Work Order ID.
  4. Click Finish & Save.
The new task is associated to the selected Work Order.
