Add Existing Task to Existing Work Order

This feature requires a Cartegraph OMS license.

List View

  1. Click the Work>Task tabs.
OPTIONAL: Add a Task Layer.
  1. Select one or more Tasks on the List view.
NOTE: The Task dates must fall into the Work Order’s date range.
  1. Click Actions>Add to Existing Work Order.
  2. Select the Work Order ID.
  3. Click Add.
The selected tasks are associated to the selected Work Order.

Detail View

  1. Click the Work>Task tabs.
OPTIONAL: Add a Task Layer.
  1. Navigate to the desired Task and click View.
NOTE: The Task dates must fall into the Work Order’s date range.
  1. Click Actions>Add to Existing Work Order.
  2. Select the Work Order ID.
  3. Click Add.
The selected tasks are associated to the selected Work Order.
