Add New Task to Existing Work Order

This feature requires a Cartegraph OMS license.

  1. Click the Work>Task tabs.
  2. Click Create Task.
  3. Enter the Task details.

The Task dates must fall into the Work Order’s date range.

  1. Assign labor.
  2. Click Next.

Click Add Location.

Enter the Task’s address or drag the map pin to the location on the map.

  1. Click Next.
  2. Select Add to Existing Work Order.
  3. Select a Work Order ID.
  4. Click Finish & Save.

The new task is associated to the selected Work Order.
