Work Order Overview Header

The Work Order Overview header displays information about the Work Order record. Click the splitter to show or hide the overview header. Most fields update in real time while editing. Calculated fields update when you save the changes.

Fields Displayed:

  • Avatar image (if there is a primary image attached) or a standard image
  • Work Order ID
  • Description
  • Owner
  • Status
  • Total Tasks
  • Progress
  • Total Cost
  • Labor Cost
  • Equipment Cost
  • Material Cost
  • Other Cost
  • Complete Work Order

Notes on Selected Fields

  • Total Tasks: This is the counts of Tasks included in the Work Order.
  • Progress: This is the percentage of Tasks included in the Work Order completed.
  • Total Cost: This is the sum of Labor, Material, Equipment, and Other Total Costs.
  • Labor Cost: This is the sum of the Labor Costs of all Tasks included in the Work Order.
  • Equipment Cost: This is the sum of the Equipment Costs of all Tasks included in the Work Order.
  • Material Cost: This is the sum of the Material Costs of all Tasks included in the Work Order.
  • Other Cost: This is the sum of the Other Costs of all Tasks included in the Work Order.
  • Complete Work Order: Click this button to quickly change the Work Order Status to Completed.
