Core Feature: Notifications

Use the Notifications feature to give users a timely, reliable connection to your organization’s day-to-day operations — even when they’re working outside of the system. Assign email notification types and establish subscription settings based the user’s individual role and responsibilities.

GIS Integration Synchronization Failure

Sent when integrated GIS system fails to sync.

Real-time data from integrations with other systems.

Material Reorder

Based on tracked inventory levels. Notifies the appropriate users whenever particular materials need to be re-ordered. 

New Assigned Task

Notify individual users each time they are assigned a new Task.

Received New Request

Notify users each time an incoming Request is entered into the workflow.

Scheduled Process Error

Sent when there is an error during a scheduled process.

Task Completed

Schedule a completion notification for any task. Notifications can be turned on and off as needed.

Tasks Completed for Request

Sent when all Tasks associated to a Request are completed.

Tasks Completed for Work Order

Sent when all Tasks associated to a Work Order are completed.
