Internal Requests Features

You must have a Cartegraph OMS advanced feature extension to access this feature.

Light outages, HVAC issues, plumbing problems, fleet issues, and more. The Internal Requests feature enables your organization’s employees to easily submit routine service requests and report non-emergency issues encountered in and around the workplace. 

Easy to use

Simple interface. Uncomplicated features. Users specify the issue, provide some details, and submit. Once submitted, issues are automatically integrated into your Cartegraph workflow for prioritization and handling.

Accessible

Though it’s core to the system, Internal Requests features its own unique sign-in screen, making it easily accessible for non-Cartegraph users. Users also have the option to report issues anonymously without creating an account or signing-in.

Accountable

Once signed-in, users can easily see the descriptions and statuses of any issues they’ve submitted – open and closed.

Flexible

Customizable issue lists and submission forms enable you to create a tailored experienced based on the type of request being submitted.
