Simple interface. Uncomplicated features. Users specify the issue, provide some details, and submit. Once submitted, issues are automatically integrated into your Cartegraph workflow for prioritization and handling.
Internal Requests features its own unique sign-in screen, making it easily accessible for non-Cartegraph users. Users also have the option to report issues anonymously without creating an account or signing-in.
Once signed in, users can easily see the descriptions and statuses of any issues they’ve submitted—open and closed.
Customizable issue lists and submission forms enable you to create a tailored experienced based on the type of request being submitted.
